Our approach
We use a five-step process when working on any creative project which ensures the greatest level of success.
Step 1. Research and competitive analysis. Before we begin any project, we must understand your business, your target market and your competition. Getting your customers and prospects to understand what makes you so special is key to sales and brand loyalty. So the first step is for us to learn about your unique offering since it’s our job to package and deliver the benefits you bring to the marketplace.
Step 2. Planning. Experience has taught us that the more time we spend developing the strategy, a project timeline and the nuts and bolts of production, the smoother it goes. We take the time to figure out how we’re going to get from point A to point B so we don’t have any unexpected detours to point X. With all projects, particularly long-term ones, we work with you to determine a viable financial commitment and realistic timeframe for each phase. We detail it all out for you so you’re not left wondering how long is this going to take and how much will it cost me?
Step 3. Visual concepts and messaging development. The next step in the process is to develop graphics and verbiage that motivate your customers and prospects to take action. You’ll be presented with several concepts from which to choose. While we take into account your personal preferences and any ideas you have, it’s imperative that we build your brand around what resonates with your customers.
Step 4. Production and fine-tuning. After getting your approval, we take the chosen concept and bring it to life. During this time, we fine-tune designs or beta websites and acquire approvals from key stakeholders.
Step 5. Launch and follow-up. Showtime! We work with you to ensure the rollout is seamless and timely. And afterwards, we like to meet with you so we can discuss the results and next steps.
All along the way, you’ll be very involved in the process. In fact, we require it. And you’ll be notified immediately should we encounter potential delays or issues that would affect the budget or timeline.
